TERMS OF DELIVERY
The products within our inventories shall be shipped by couriers in boxes to anywhere within 3 days in turkey /for other countries within 7-10 days including the shipping price, provided that the relevant payment is made by the BUYER
I would like to return the product/products I have ordered. What should I do?
As a rule of thumb, you may return the product you have purchased within 8 work days following the date of receipt accompanied by the invoice which Abdulla.com issued for you and a note explaining the reason for returning the product.
*PLEASE SEND THE PRODUCTS WHICH YOU WISH TO RETURN ACCOMPANIED BY A NOTE STATING YOUR REASON FOR RETURNING THE PRODUCT AND YOUR INVOICE.
**If the invoice of the product which you wish to return is corporate, you have to return it accompanied by the invoice of return issued by the corporation in question. The return invoice shall be issued without the addition of the shipment price (unit price of the product+ VAT). The returning process of the products invoices of which were issued in the name of the corporate shall not be completed unless RETURN INVOICE was issued.
General Conditions for returning the product are as follows;
• The returns shall be performed with the product delivered in its original box or package.
• The products with damaged original boxes/packages (for instance; the products on the original box of which a cargo label was affixed or the products taped with duck tapes) which have lost their properties of being sold again and which are not in the condition to be purchased by another customer shall not be accepted.
• You shall send the original invoice (all the copies which you have) and a petition which includes the reason for returning the product accompanied by the product you wish to return.
• If the product/products you wish to return are defective, the shipping price is covered by our company.
RETURN TRANSACTIONS

The orders cannot be returned excluding the products in our inventory and the frame of the conditions of return. Since manufacturing and production is performed based on the request from the customer, the return procedure cannot be performed after the importing process commenced.
For cancelling your orders, you may call us at +90 212 527 36 84 until the end of the day or you may email us at siparisiptal@abdulla.com with the subject, “ORDER CANCELLATION” . The information which you may send us can not be different from the information recorded in order registries. No cancelling procedures shall be performed for the orders shipped to the couriers. The return procedures shall be applied.
